ChairPal Subscription Refund Policy

ChairPal subscription charges are for access to the ChairPal software platform. Refund requests for the current billing cycle may be approved at ChairPal's discretion.

Previously used billing periods are not automatically refundable. Duplicate charges, platform billing errors, or other approved exceptions may be refunded in full or in part.
