ChairPal Policy
Booking, Deposit, and Cancellation Policy
This page explains how ChairPal booking, cancellation, and deposit policy works. Exact rules are set by each seller and shown before a client confirms a request.
Seller-owned payment outcomes
Refunds, deposits, cancellations, and no-show outcomes are set by the seller's own policy. ChairPal is the booking platform and does not set the seller's refund rules for service payments. Please review this seller's policy before booking.
Deposit authorization
A deposit payment method is authorized during booking. The client is charged only if the seller accepts the request.
Late cancel and no-show
Late-cancel and no-show outcomes are controlled by the seller's policy settings. Depending on those settings, a charged deposit may be refunded, kept, or handled manually.
Seller-caused and duplicate issues
Seller-caused cancellations and duplicate booking issues should refund the deposit.
Sellers are responsible for their own policies and service outcomes. ChairPal can automate charge/refund actions from seller settings, and each booking stores a policy snapshot at request time. For legal terms, see ChairPal Terms and Privacy Policy.
